The Inteoduction Books of The development of one major branch of Buddhism, Mah Not a devotional book. Oct 21, Dr Osama rated it really liked it.

There are loads of anecdotes concerning Buddhist masters expounding on the fragility of life and the importance of the present moment over future and past. Still, I’d definitely recommend this book as a solid introduction!
